Another step closer to opening later this summer

It’s been a whirlwind of a week that began with a feature from the Comet – our local newspaper. It is absolutely heartening to see the support and excitement from the community as a result. We honestly can’t wait to be moving forward with the cafe.

Meanwhile, our crowdfunding campaign is steadily raising funds to help with going towards equipment and machinery. We are nearly at £600 which will help out so much when it comes to sourcing things like a fryer, induction hob, bain marie & more. Honestly, sometimes it feels like a simple thank you isn’t enough to show really show our appreciation.

We’ve always planned to keep things simplified and scale up with time because in the end we want to create a sustainable business. We’ll be talking more about our menu in the near future but for now you can get sneak peeks on our social media.

Finally, this past week we finalised details on where we will be located within the Indoor Market. There will be more announcements about that in the upcoming month but for now – we are very excited to have the opportunity to use this particular space.

Thank you from us at Cha Kulcha.
